Last of the English Roses lyrics

My oh you did look dapper with famous Auntie Aurthur's trousers on,
You were slapped by that slapper and how we all laughed,
But you laughed the loudest .
In 1999 you could charm the best of the bees.

"Saucy" you'd say (she'd say) and we all fell around,
rolling 'round the playground,
"Cheeky" you'd say (she'd say) and we all fell around,
rolling 'round the playground.

You could be yourself
We could be ourselves

All the boys together
All the girls together now

She's the last of the English roses
She's the last of the English roses

Around the snooker table she danced the frutti tutti
She spilt the lager, toasting girls of great beauty

All the girls together
All the boys together now

She's the last of the English roses
She's the last of the English roses
